The Double Ring™ gives you the ability to train both upper body and lower body by using two rings or one ring. The Double Ring™ is best used for smaller range of motion isolation exercises and when you don't need a cuff to secure the rings in place. It makes a great resistance addition to a mat Pilates workout.
